If an Attorney has not been approved to practice before a US District Court, that Attorney must be admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Alabama and be regularly engaged in the practice of
law in the state of Alabama.
Admission will be upon motion of a member of the Northern District of Alabama bar (oral or written) or sua sponte under special circumstances with prior court approval
