An Attorney who is in Good Standing with the Eastern District of Oklahoma:

• has been duly admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Oklahoma
• is not currently suspended or disbarred
• is currently registered with the District Court
• is not in arrears in the payment of any fees required by the Court
