An Attorney who is in Good Standing with the District of North Dakota:

• has been duly admitted to practice before the District of North Dakota
• is not currently suspended or disbarred
• is currently registered with the District Court
• is not in arrears in the payment of any fees required by the Court

A US District of North Dakota Attorney Good Standing Certificate is a one page document issued by the Clerk of the District Court which bears the seal of the Court and signature of the Clerk of the Court. 

An appearance before the US District of North Dakota on behalf of another party or a class may be made only by an Attorney who has been admitted to the Bar of or permitted to practice before the Court.

• The Attorney must have paid all costs, fees and fines which may be required by the state of North Dakota
