A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is composed of Members. LLC Members own the LLC just like the Shareholders own a Corporation. If a LLC is an Obligated Member LLC then all LLC Members are fully liable for the debts, obligations and liabilities of the LLC.

An Obligated Member LLC may subject all LLC Members to personal liability.
