- is not currently suspended or disbarred

- Prior to seeking admission, successfully complete the on-line Attorney Admission tutorial and exam
- Prior to seeking admission, complete the online CM/ECF Tutorial
In addition to paying the $201 admission fee, all Attorneys seeking
pro hac viceadmission to the Bar of the US Northern District of Florida must:
- Be a member in good standing of the bar of the jurisdiction where the Attorney resides or regularly practices law
- Submit a Certificate of Good Standing from the bar of the jurisdiction where the Attorney resides or regularly practices law, dated within 30 days of the filing of a motion to appear pro hac vice
- Prior to seeking admission, successfully complete the on-line Attorney Admission tutorial and exam
- Prior to seeking admission, complete the online CM/ECF Tutorial
