An Attorney who is in Good Standing with the Northern District of Florida:

• has been duly admitted to practice before the Northern District of Florida
• is not currently suspended or disbarred
• is currently registered with the District Court
• is not in arrears in the payment of any fees required by the Court

A US Northern District of Florida Attorney Good Standing Certificate is a one page document issued by the Clerk of the District Court which bears the seal of the Court and signature of the Clerk of the Court.

Some jurisdictions require that the date on an Attorney Good Standing Certificate be within 30-60 days of its intended use while other jurisdictions will accept a Certificate which was issued less than one year ago.

• The Attorney must not be subject to any court orders which prohibit the practice of law in the state of Florida
• The Attorney must have paid all costs, fees and fines which may be required by the state of Florida
