An Attorney who is in Good Standing with the Eastern District of Tennessee:

• has been duly admitted to practice before the Eastern District of Tennessee
• is not currently suspended or disbarred
• is currently registered with the District Court
• is not in arrears in the payment of any fees required by the Court

A US Eastern District of Tennessee Attorney Good Standing Certificate is a one page document issued by the Clerk of the District Court which bears the seal of the Court and signature of the Clerk of the Court.
