The application and affidavit of the applicant Attorney must be accompanied by an affidavit of a sponsoring member of the Bar of the US District of Vermont.
An ineligible Attorney may seek pro hac vice admission to the bar of the US District of Vermont upon the motion of a member in Good Standing of the Bar of
the US District of Vermont who is actively associated with the Attorney seeking pro hac vice admission.
