Good Standing with the District of Montana:
- has been duly admitted to practice before the District of Montana
- is not currently suspended or disbarred
- is currently registered with the District Court
- is not in arrears in the payment of any fees required by the Court

the bar of the US District of Montana. Member Attorneys on active status may appear in any case.
A non-member Attorney who does not reside and is not regularly employed in Montana but who is an active member in Good Standing of the Bar of any United States court or of the highest court of any state or of any territory or insular possession of the United States, who is of good moral character, and who has been retained to appear in the US District of Montana court, may, upon motion to and in the discretion of the presiding judge, appear and participate in a particular case.
