You want to do business in the state of Nebraska but are registered as a Domestic Corporation in another state.  In order to legally conduct business in the state of Nebraska you must register with the Nebraska Secretary of State as a Foreign Corporation.  The process of registering as a Foreign Corporation in Nebraska is called Nebraska Corporation Foreign Qualification.

   If you already have a Good Standing Certificate from your home state, note that it must be dated no older than 60 days from the date of your application for Nebraska Corporation Foreign Qualification.

2. Choose a name for your Nebraska Foreign Corporation

4. File Registration Documents with the Nebraska Secretary of State
