What is Same Day Foreign Incorporation or Foreign LLC Filing?

We can get any document to the California Secretary of State on the same day that we receive it from you.  If you get your documents to us before 10:00 AM California time we'll get your filing to the California Secretary of State on the same day.  We will try our best to get documents submitted after 10:00 AM California time to the California Secretary of State the same day, if possible, but we can't guarantee that the Secretary of State will start processing these filings on the same day.  These filings will be processed by the Secretary of State on the next business day.  If you have a question about document timing, call us at 855-771-2477 so that we may clarify that for you.

At times the California Secretary of State experiences significant delays in processing all types of business document filings, including new Corporation and LLC filings, amendment filings, good standing certificate requests and dissolution paperwork.  Using our document filing Walk-in service can save significant time from the processing times for all types of business document filings.

The fee for our California Secretary of State Walk-in Service is $115.00 plus the California Secretary of State's document filing fees.  There are no hidden costs.  You can email scanned copies of your documents to us.

The California Secretary of State File Date for Expedited Filings will be the date on which the filing is submitted.
California Secretary of State Expedited Document Filing Options
There are three expedited filing options available. All options involve an expedited processing fee.
  • $425 - 24 hours
  • $850 - same day
  • $600+pre clearance fee - 4 hours
PLEASE NOTE: The expedited fee is in addition to the California Secretary of State's regular document filing fees.

In order to qualify for same day expedited processing options we must receive your filing before 11:00AM California time on the day you want your filing submitted to the California Secretary of State.

The 4 hour expedited option requires previous preclearance from the California Secretary of State. The Secretary of State's preclearance fees currently range from $250 to $500.

You can email your completed and signed documents to us safely and securely. Once we receive your documents we will get your Corporation or LLC filing to the California Secretary of State as quickly as possible - on the same day in most cases.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All California California Secretary of State Walk-in Service orders are refundable before payment is issued to the California Secretary of State, minus a $25 cancellation fee, and less any expenses incurred in processing your order.  After payment has been delivered to the California Secretary of State we cannot accept any cancellations or any changes to your California California Secretary of State Walk-in Service order.  Generally, payments are made to the California Secretary of State within 24 hours of receipt of your California California Secretary of State Walk-in Service order.  To check the status of your California California Secretary of State Walk-in Service order, make changes, or ask any questions, call us at 855-771-2477.
