The application for admission must be signed by two members in Good Standing of the bar of the US Middle District of Tennessee who recommend the applicant Attorney's admission to the bar.
Any Attorney in Good Standing of the bar of any other District Court of the United States who is not a resident of the Middle District of Tennessee and who does not maintain an office in the District for the practice of law, may be permitted to appear and participate in a particular case pro hac vice.
